The Role

We’re looking for a part-time Office & Finance Manager (20—25 h/week) (f/m/d) to help us keep things running smoothly as we scale.

You’ll be the operational backbone of our growing team — combining accuracy, structure, and heart.

From managing invoices and contracts to supporting HR and daily operations, you’ll make sure our mission has a solid foundation.

What You’ll Do

  • handle accounting tasks, invoice management, and cost tracking

  • support financial reporting and coordination with our tax advisor

  • oversee office management and vendor relationships

  • maintain organizational structure across contracts, subscriptions, and internal documentation

  • assist in HR-related admin and onboarding processes

  • support management with scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day operations

What You Bring

  • experience in office management, bookkeeping, or finance administration (ideally in a startup or SME environment)

  • strong sense for organization, reliability, and accuracy

  • fluency in German, and good English communication skills

  • familiarity with Lexoffice or similar tools is a plus

  • a proactive, hands-on mindset — you get things done and keep others on track
