We're looking for an experienced (Senior) Manager Partnerships (m/f/d) to to lead and expand our strategic alliances within the defense industry.
This role requires a deep understanding of defense markets, government contracting, and cross-border collaborations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives and strategic initiatives.

- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners to expand the organisation’s strategic reach and influence
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements including NDAs and MoUs ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, driving long-term value creation and ensuring the effective implementation of joint initiatives
- Collaborate across functions including engineering, legal, operations, and finance to integrate partner capabilities into current operations and new program development
- Monitor industry trends, competitive movements, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategy and surface new collaboration opportunities
- Support business development and capture teams by incorporating partnership components into defense proposals and contract bids.
