- Identify and assess new business opportunities across the defense sector, including government tenders, international defense initiatives, and emerging market segments
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including defense ministries, armed forces, OEMs, system integrators, and government agencies
- Lead capture planning efforts by shaping opportunities early, analyzing competitive dynamics, and developing winning strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to identify and establish strategic alliances with domestic and international industry partners in support of joint pursuits
- Oversee and execute business development activities, with a particular focus on expanding the company’s footprint in the European defense market.
