- Research and evaluate new business opportunities including defense tenders, joint ventures, and modernisation programs across the EU defense landscape
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in defense ministries, armed forces, OEMs, and integrators
- Work alongside senior sales and capture teams to develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and presentations for government and B2B clients
- Monitor defense procurement trends and competitor activities; gather insights to support strategic planning and improve positioning
- Coordinate with partnerships, product, and compliance teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the business development cycle
- Track opportunities in CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and report on business development metrics regularly
