We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Revenue Operations & Strategy (f/d/m). You’ll work closely with our revenue team and CRO in a collaborative, fast-moving, VC-funded startup
Your mission
Own and lead the end-to-end RevOps strategy to operationalize the full GTM strategy through cross-functional alignment.
Drive forecasting rigor and revenue predictability by optimizing our Salesforce instance and CRM processes.
Drive data-led decision-making by optimizing dashboards and reporting to surface actionable insights, risks, and strategic recommendations for leadership updates and business reviews.
Lead and coach the RevOps team to inspire high performance and facilitate professional career growth.
Act as a strategic thought partner to our CRO, leveraging data-led insights to drive scalable growth and efficient decision-making.
Manage and optimize the revenue tool stack, including Salesforce, Salesloft, and Cognism, to enhance commercial outcomes.
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience with GTM B2B strategy, revenue analytics, forecasting, and business planning.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn raw data into clear insights and interpret large sets of data with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
Clear communicator and influencer, comfortable working with C-level stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and act like an owner to bring structure.
Skilled in Salesforce and managing a GTM tool stack.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
A valid working permit in Germany.
