THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

As a Strategic Finance Intern, you will play a crucial role in making sure that Finance enables the entire company in better decision-making and in having more independence from outside investments. In order to do so, you will be spearheading the establishment of the business intelligence function from scratch with our Head of Finance, Dirk.

You will be also a key team member in driving our efforts for generating additional funding.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Collaborate with the Head of Finance to set up the Business Intelligence function from scratch
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Success) to conduct comprehensive analyses, allowing for better steering and decision-making
• Create business plans & presentations for banks
• Generate additional reports tailored to the needs of various stakeholders at charles
• Contribute to the monthly closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

• You have a degree in Business, Finance or relevant studies
• You speak German at the native or bilingual level and you have excellent English skills
• You are proficient in using Google Sheets/Excel and have an analytical mindset
• You thrive working autonomously and have an achiever mindset
• Big plus if you have experience in SQL / data visualization tools
