In this hands-on role, you'll gain experience across all facets of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond, while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. This internship will give you a holistic view of how HR shapes a growing company, offering direct mentorship from the People Lead. Whether you're passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, or process improvement, we'll help you build on your strengths and focus on the areas that excite you the most. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Recruitment Process Support
    Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interview scheduling to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.

  • Recruitment Channels & Active Sourcing
    Maintain and enhance existing recruitment channels while exploring innovative talent acquisition methods to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.

  • Employer Branding
    Improve the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand by contributing fresh ideas to our employer branding initiatives.

  • People Operations
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team Lead, including document management and responding to employee requests.

  • Office Management & Culture
    Oversee daily office operations and assist in organizing company events, ensuring the office remains organized and well-equipped.

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in Recruiting or HR is a plus
  • Available for at least 6 months for an internship (or working student position)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the willingness to take ownership
  • Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; German (C1 level) is a plus
