In this hands-on role, you'll gain experience across all facets of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding and beyond, while collaborating with various departments and stakeholders. This internship will give you a holistic view of how HR shapes a growing company, offering direct mentorship from the People Lead. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Recruitment Process Support
  Manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and interview scheduling to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.

• Recruitment Channels & Active Sourcing
  Maintain and enhance existing recruitment channels while exploring innovative talent acquisition methods to attract top talent and build a strong candidate pipeline.

• Employer Branding
  Improve the candidate experience and strengthen our employer brand by contributing fresh ideas to our employer branding initiatives.

• People Operations
  Provide comprehensive administrative support to the People Team Lead, including document management and responding to employee requests.

• Office Management & Culture
  Oversee daily office operations and assist in organizing company events, ensuring the office remains organized and well-equipped.

YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND VALUES

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in Recruiting or HR is a plus
• Available for at least 6 months for an internship (or working student position)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the willingness to take ownership
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; German (C1 level) is a plus
