    • Lead the coordination of immigration processes.
    • Conduct exit interviews.
    • Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across various T&C and Talent Enablement activities.
    • Serve as a backup to the Talent Enablement Coordinator when needed, providing seamless coverage and support to ensure operational continuity.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Support the design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of scalable talent programs that span the full employee lifecycle (e.g., performance management, organizational design, career development, and talent mobility).

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience;
  • Track record of outstanding performance;
  • Preference to work in a high-pace and ambiguous work environment;
  • Excellent organizational and detail-orientation skills;
  • High commitment to customer service and results;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
