The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal opportunity: you’ll be our first dedicated product hire, taking on full responsibility to lead DoorFeed’s product organisation, converting product vision into detailed, actionable plans that deliver clear, user-friendly experiences for our enterprise customers. This is a high-ownership role, reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll set the roadmap, drive execution, and lead a growing cross-functional team of designers, front-end engineers, and product specialists.

You’ll translate our vision into a clear product strategy, ensure seamless execution, and build the operational discipline to scale sustainably. This role is for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment, and balances strategy with hands-on delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the roadmap: translate DoorFeed’s product vision into a clear, prioritised product roadmap with measurable outcomes.
  • Lead the product team: manage the designer, FE engineers, and product specialist, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive product operations and delivery: build and oversee product ops and delivery processes, ensuring smooth backlog management, prioritisation, and sprint discipline.
  • Define requirements: Take full responsibility for producing clear, detailed PRDs covering all user flows and variations. You’ll be the single source of truth the tech team relies on to deliver with confidence.
  • Bridge stakeholders: align domain experts i.e. our real estate team, commercial input, and tech into one coherent product process.
  • Champion users: ensure every feature is intuitive, impactful, and delivers a superior enterprise user experience.
  • Scale product capabilities: build systems, processes, and rituals that improve speed and reduce rework.
  • Report directly to the CEO: act as a key partner in product vision, execution, and company growth strategy.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B product management experience, ideally in FinTech, or other data-heavy SaaS environments.
  • Proven success in owning a roadmap and leading teams through execution in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
  • Strong ability to translate complex workflows (e.g., excel models, complex operational processes) into intuitive and elegant digital experiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills - You can speak both engineering and business, and are able to align leadership vision with day-to-day execution.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and the intensity of early-stage startup environments.
  • Stakeholder Confidence: You know how to build trust, manage expectations, and keep teams aligned.
  • Ownership Mindset: You love taking initiative and accountability - you own your roadmap and look for ways to create new value.

Nice to Have

  • Management Experience: Experience managing cross-functional teams (design + engineering + domain experts).
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience with real estate investment, transactions, or financial deal workflows.
  • AI & No-Code Enthusiasm: Comfortable using AI prototyping tools and keen to keep learning and applying to improve speed and impact.
