Your tasks
  • Gain Insights into the Customer Journey
    Gain insights and experience in a cross-functional role based along the entire customer journey (Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success).

  • Process Assessment and Automation
    Support the assessment, development and automation of processes in the various Commercial departments, building a deep understanding of tools (Hubspot, Gong, Clay, Zapier, n8n).

  • Drive Innovation and Efficiency
    Contribute new and innovative ideas on possible tools and methods to make our processes more efficient and leaner.

  • Data Analysis for Problem Solving
    Analyse data to identify current and future challenges and respond to them with targeted measures.

  • Collaborate with Key Teams
    Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams and understand their specific requirements.

  • Take Ownership of Projects and Processes
    Develop an overall understanding of our process structure and take responsibility for your own projects and sub-processes.

    You take a systematic approach to problems, quickly familiarise yourself with new processes and set-ups, are happy to take on responsibility from the outset and communicate clearly and concisely.

  • Processual and Connective Mindset
    You don't think in isolation, but always strive to put different pieces of the puzzle together to form an overall picture. You are also characterised by the fact that you embed your ideas in process flows and think "out-of-the-box."

  • Interest or Experience in Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
    You want to help shape our approach to scaling go-to-market and have a basic understanding of marketing, sales and customer success.

  • Affinity for Tools and Digital Workflows
    You don't have to be an expert in every tool we already use, but initial experience with CRM systems, automation or BI tools and knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a clear starting advantage. Coding skills are a plus.

  • Hands-On Mentality
    You are hands-on, think along with others and are willing to contribute new ideas and proactively familiarise yourself with the various areas.

  • Relevant Background
    You are studying business administration with a quantitative focus, data science, business analytics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree programme or have gained similar experience through additional courses or jobs. Experience in a startup or other high-growth environments is a plus.
