TL;DR - We’re looking for a highly innovative Growth Marketing Lead to own and grow ecoplanet’s growth engine. As a team lead, you’ll mentor a small team and act as strategic driver and sparring partner to our founders. You’ll focus on opportunity creation, return on marketing spend, and building not just scalable - but sustainable growth. What you'll be doing:
- Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy, continuously refining priorities to drive measurable business impact
- Identify, test, and scale the highest-leverage growth opportunities across channels, formats, and initiatives
- Design and run hypothesis-driven experiments: test fast, learn quickly, double down on what works, and cut what doesn’t
- Orchestrate and align performance marketing, organic growth, content, web/CRO, analytics, and CRM toward shared growth goals
- Partner with agencies and internal teams to steer execution while stepping in hands-on where impact is highest
- Define, track, and act on the KPIs that matter, translating data into clear decisions, priorities, and recommendations
- Own CRM strategy, segmentation, and distribution to drive lifecycle growth and retention
- Embed AI into the daily operating system of the growth team, not just as isolated experiments
- Build and lead a lean, high-performing growth team through coaching, prioritisation, and enablement
- Act as a data-driven sparring partner to our founders, clearly communicating strategy, trade-offs, and progress
