Job Description

To advance our mission, we are seeking a Director of Product (f/m/d) focused on enhancing the experience for our internal end users of our ERP and Finance solutions. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic development and refinement of our internal product offerings, ensuring they are not only technologically advanced but also intuitively designed to meet our business team's specific needs and workflows. Product Development and Management:

• Lead product strategies and develop products to streamline supply chain and financial operations

• Implement agile methodologies to drive efficiency and allow the team to respond to internal needs and market changes rapidly

• Create tech-enabled solutions to support business growth

Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and mentor a high-performing product management team

• Foster professional growth and align team goals with Enpal’s strategic objectives

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Coordinate between product, engineering, business, and marketing teams

• Integrate market and customer insights into product development

• Use data-driven decision-making to refine products

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior product leadership and development of ERP and Financial tooling within tech-driven environments

• Proven business acumen driving product development that strongly impacts business outcomes

• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills

• Proactive, collaborative, and innovative problem-solving skills
