Job Description

  • Lead full-cycle tech recruitment – from role briefing to offer – ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor to align hiring strategies with team goals and technical needs.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, with a focus on diversity, quality, and long-term relationships.
  • Create a collaborative hiring culture by working closely with the Talent Acquisition team and internal partners.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience recruiting for tech roles in fast-paced product companies – ideally in a scale-up environment.
  • Strong active sourcing skills with a proven track record of successfully hiring passive candidates.
  • Confidence using ATS platforms – experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with a focus on solutions.
  • Experience leading or supporting TA projects in growing organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English - C1 (German is a bonus) and the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
  • A genuine passion for hiring and improving how teams grow, and a knack for turning insights into action.
