Job Description

As a Technical Solution Architect at Enpal, you will play a key role in the ongoing architecture, design, and technical leadership of our enterprise ERP system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management. You will drive the technical architecture across Finance and SCM domains, working closely with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure scalable, performant, and maintainable integrations across the company.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of business needs and engineering execution, supporting Enpal's global expansion and process automation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Own the technical architecture of the Dynamics 365 platform and its ecosystem within Enpal.

• Design end-to-end ERP solutions that balance out-of-the-box capabilities with custom extensions and integrations.

• Lead technical design reviews, ensuring that all enhancements, APIs, and extensions follow best practices and performance guidelines.

• Collaborate with enterprise architects and domain leads to ensure architectural consistency and platform alignment.

Integration Design & Scalability

• Design and document integration patterns (API-based, message/event-driven, ETL/ELT) between Dynamics 365 and other business systems (e.g., CRM, data lakes, BI platforms).

• Drive the implementation of modular, reusable components for cross-department ERP needs.

• Support data architecture and data flow designs for financial, supply chain, and operational analytics use cases.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Work with functional consultants, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Partner with program and project managers to align ERP roadmap and integration timelines.

• Provide technical escalation support and hands-on guidance during key rollout phases and troubleshooting.

Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with internal standards, security requirements, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, KITRIS, German GAAP / IFRS).

• Define and evolve technical standards and documentation practices for ERP development and integration.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing ERP solutions with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management/F&O.

• Proven track record in technical architecture, platform integration, and large-scale ERP implementations.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, with direct exposure to business process owners in finance and logistics.

• Experience in regulated industries or multi-country ERP rollouts is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, including X++ development, C#, Power Platform integration, and Azure services.

• Strong skills in solution integration using APIs, event-driven messaging (e.g., Azure Service Bus), and data movement technologies (ETL/ELT).

• Familiarity with distributed systems and modern cloud architecture (e.g., microservices, serverless, data lakes).

• Understanding of core finance and supply chain processes and how to model them in ERP systems, with deep understanding of Functional aspects of Dynamics 365

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

• Analytical mindset and ability to simplify complex systems for decision-making.

• Proactive ownership mentality with a focus on solution robustness and long-term maintainability.
