🚀 Your Mission at Enpal

Join one of Enpal’s most strategically important future initiatives: boosting Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per customer through targeted upselling, cross-selling, and smart CRM strategies. As a Frontend Developer you will play a direct role in developing the tools that enable these initiatives — building intuitive, high-impact features for our internal CRM used by sales and customer success teams every day.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain UI features for our internal CRM using ReactJS, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, production-ready features — end-to-end
• Ensure fast and reliable delivery of improvements and optimizations for our CRM systems
• Deploy your work via Vercel, and own the performance and usability of the components you build
• Contribute to UI/UX discussions with a critical eye for design and usability (basic design skills are expected; advanced design/UX skills are a plus)

Qualifications

• Experience with modern frontend technologies, especially ReactJS, Next.js, TailwindCSS
• A proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks from requirements to deployment
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with both developers and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of design principles and ability to implement user-friendly interfaces
• Experience with CRM systems or business-facing applications is a plus, but not required
