Job Description

• Monitor and report on portfolio performance, delivering key financial insights for investors and decision-makers
• Coordinate internal and external data deliveries, ensuring accuracy and high quality for asset registers, third-party reviews, and refinancing activities
• Support monthly reporting preparation, including performance tracking, portfolio insights, and financial reconciliations
• Collaborate on financial automation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy
• Analyze and interpret portfolio data, using Excel and analytical tools to identify trends and provide actionable insights
• Support month-end closing processes, assisting with financial reports such as prepayment insights, cash flows, and balance sheet reviews
• Interact with investors and external stakeholders in a confident and professional manner, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Completed Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant practical experience (e.g. through internships) in Finance, Investment Banking, or a similar analytical area (experience in a dynamic environment such as a start-up, consultancy, or financial services is a plus)
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL and/or other data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills and confident presence when interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
