About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to support the Supply Chain Department with high-impact financial and operational insights. In this role, you will act as a critical link between finance and business operations, driving data-based decision-making and supporting Enpal’s strategic growth.

You will take ownership of financial analyses, performance tracking, and forecasting activities while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and experienced in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

Core Skills

• Excel: Essential; must be fully proficient
• SQL: Nice to have, but not mandatory
• Full business proficiency in English (C1 or better)

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain regular reporting:

• Weekly business refresh reports
• Dashboards to track KPIs on a daily basis
• Clean and maintain P&L data
• Develop and maintain MBR (Monthly Business Review) dashboard

Lead new projects involving:

• Designing processes, tools, and dashboards from scratch
• Collaborate closely with the Data team and work extensively with the ERP system

Background & Experience

• Education: Finance-related background (Master’s degree in Finance or related field)

Professional Experience:

• Not necessarily from a finance role, but should have worked in Operations or with a Data team, actively using Excel (and ideally SQL)
• Alternatively, experience in FP&A or as a Business Analyst

Domain Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of P&L structure and COGS dynamics

💰 Salary: ALL 1,996,306 gross/year
⏰ Hours: 08:00–17:00 (Mon–Fri)
