• Als Werkstudent/in im Vet Hiring Team wirst Du Teil des erfolgreichsten Hiring-Teams der Tierarzt-Branche
• Du unterstützt unser Team Lead im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei allen Prozessen entlang gesamten Hiring-Lebenszyklus: Von der initialen Bewerbung, über den Pitch von felmo bis hin zur Organisation von Mitfahrten bei unseren Tierärzten und zur gemeinsamen Unterschrift des Vertrages
• Dein Support ist besonders gefragt in allgemeinen und administrativen Betreuungsaufgaben im Bezug auf unseren ausländischen Talent-Pool
• Du liebst es zahlenbasiert zu arbeiten und bist bereit, Vorschläge für Verbesserungen unserer Prozesse zu machen
• Die Beschäftigung ist in Teilzeit mit 20h/Woche.

• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und ordentliche Arbeitsweise
• Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigenmotivation
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
• Erste Arbeitserfahrung als Werkstudent/in oder als Praktikant/in sowie eine gültige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden dein Profil ab
