We are rapidly growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across our mobile vet services and eCommerce shop through effective SEA and Amazon Ads campaigns.

• Manage and optimize SEA campaigns (Google, Bing) and Amazon Ads to achieve performance goals (e.g., traffic, conversions, CAC, ROAS).
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and refine ad copy, manage bids, and allocate budgets effectively.
• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithms, and Amazon Ads innovations.
• Generate campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve conversion rates and user experience.
• Analyze competitor performance on search engines and Amazon to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

• 1+ years’ experience managing SEA and Amazon Ads campaigns.

• Proficient in using search engine advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Experience with Amazon Advertising Console, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.

• Strong understanding of SEM principles, including keyword research, campaign optimization, and bidding strategies.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization concepts.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Fluency in English required. German is a plus.
