Role Overview

We are seeking a technically strong, highly motivated Product Manager to help shape the next generation of ferroelectric memory technologies and memory-based solutions.

This role combines deep technical engagement with emerging memory architectures and the ability to translate technology capabilities into compelling products and market opportunities. The position is ideal for a high-potential individual early in their career who is eager to grow with the company, take on increasing responsibility, and participate in building a new category of memory solutions.

The candidate will work at the intersection of memory technology, system architecture, and market applications, helping guide the evolution of products that span multiple industries and technology domains.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the roadmap for ferroelectric memory devices and memory-based platforms.
  • Identify and evaluate emerging market opportunities for advanced non-volatile memory technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to translate technology capabilities into scalable product platforms and market-ready solutions.

Technology & Architecture Engagement

  • Develop a strong understanding of ferroelectric memory architectures including FeRAM, FeFET, and related emerging memory technologies.
  • Evaluate and analyze competing memory technologies such as Flash, MRAM, ReRAM, SRAM, and DRAM.
  • Participate in architectural discussions with design and system teams to guide product specifications, integration strategies, and system-level performance goals.
  • The candidate will own the product, product requirements, and roadmap.

Solution Development & Industry Engagement

  • Help drive the development of memory-enabled solutions across multiple industry verticals including AI/ML platforms, edge computing, industrial systems, IoT ecosystems, automotive platforms, and specialized computing infrastructures.
  • Participate in solution development and co-development partnerships with ecosystem partners across semiconductor, system architecture, firmware/software, and application layers.
  • Identify opportunities where ferroelectric memory can create value at key technology intersection points between hardware, systems, and applications.

Market Positioning & Technical Marketing

  • Help define clear product positioning and differentiation relative to existing and emerging memory technologies.
  • Develop technical marketing materials such as product briefs, technical presentations, white papers, and application notes.
  • Support sales and business development teams with technical insights and solution positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, applications, marketing, and business development teams.
  • Support product lifecycle management from concept through launch and market adoption.
  • Gather market and customer feedback to influence future product strategy and roadmap development.

Why This Role Is Unique

Ferroelectric memory represents one of the most promising emerging technologies in the evolution of semiconductor memory. Unlike traditional memory technologies, ferroelectric memory offers the potential combination of non-volatility, high speed, low power consumption, and exceptional endurance.

As computing systems evolve particularly with the rapid growth of artificial intelligence, edge computing, and data-intensive workloads, the limitations of conventional memory technologies such as Flash, DRAM, and SRAM are becoming increasingly evident.

Ferroelectric memory technologies offer a path toward persistent, fast, and energy-efficient memory systems that can transform both hardware architectures and system-level performance.

This role offers a rare opportunity to participate in shaping how this technology is applied across a wide range of domains including AI systems, edge platforms, industrial electronics, automotive systems, and next-generation computing architectures.

Your profile

Technical Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • Interest or experience in semiconductor memory technologies, computing architectures, or AI hardware systems.
  • Ability to understand and communicate system-level implications of memory technologies.

Product & Market Skills

  • Interest or experience in product management, product strategy, or technical marketing within semiconductor or deep-technology sectors.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product value propositions and market opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills in technology evaluation, market analysis, and competitive positioning.

Personal Attributes

  • Ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated, with the desire to grow alongside a fast-moving technology company.
  • Strong curiosity about emerging technologies, memory systems, and future AI architectures.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business audiences.

Growth Opportunity

  • This role is designed for a high-potential individual seeking to grow into a senior product leadership role as the company expands its technology portfolio and global presence.
  • The candidate will gain exposure to advanced semiconductor memory development, multiple industry verticals, strategic technology partnerships, and product commercialization.
  • Compensation will be competitive and structured to grow with the individual’s contributions and the company’s success, potentially including performance incentives and long-term participation in the company’s value creation.

Ideal fit

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working at the intersection of technology innovation and real-world applications.

  • Successful candidates often share several characteristics:
  • Technically curious and eager to understand technologies at a fundamental level.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building products and markets around emerging technologies.
  • Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.
  • Energized by environments where problems and solutions are evolving.
  • Growth-oriented and motivated by expanding responsibility and leadership opportunities.
