We're looking for a motivated and driven who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • Being part of the HR team responsible for Central and Eastern Europe
  • Providing day-to-day HR Operations (with biggest focus on Poland & Czechia)
  • Preparing employment documentation: contracts, annexes, terminations, personal questionnaires
  • Cooperating with external payroll providers in the countries and supporting monthly payroll preparation process
  • Managing employee benefits
  • Maintaining data in Workday
  • Supporting preparation of local HR policies and procedures

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • Higher education: Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business, Administration etc.
  • Previous experience in a similar role e.g. HR Assistant, HR Generalist, HR Advisor, HR Specialist, HR Operations
  • Fluent Polish and very good level of English
  • Polish Labor Law knowledge (nice to have)
  • Experience with Workday (nice to have)
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Experience in working for international teams
  • Open mind and eagerness to learn
