We're looking for a motivated and driven who will help us shape our Driver App team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

The team is developing an app that supports drivers all around the world in their daily operations. It is not only a fundamental part of the driver's work, but also gathers important resources (e.g., location data) that other teams rely upon, making it an essential part within the Flix ecosystem.

The team consists of a Product Owner, three Full Stack engineers and a Frontend / Mobile engineer. They enjoy a lot of autonomy and fully own their product and any architectural and technical decisions related to it. Besides the app itself, the team also maintains a separate Frontend (React), as well as a Backend that aggregates data to be used by the app, so there are also possibilities for personal improvement in one of those areas, if that is something you would be interested in.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Develop our Android App in React Native
• Contribute in finding the best solutions to facilitate the work of drivers, support and operations personnel
• Take hands on development responsibilities within the team
• Contribute to technical decisions inside and across teams to improve technical excellence

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You have 3-5+ years of experience as React Native developer with experience in Android
• You have good communication skills and a pragmatic, solution driven style of work
• You enjoy an agile, autonomous environment where you own your work
• Nice to have: UI/UX experience
