We're looking for a motivated and driven Working Student (m/f/d) Business Recruiting who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

The recruiting team at Flix is a high impact team that is responsible for scaling and finding the best talent across the business side of our company. You will be joining a very international team!

You will have a remarkably high degree of autonomy and ownership. You will be an equal partner to Hiring Managers and hiring teams and are expected to advise, consult, and challenge them where needed to create best-in-class recruitment processes and find the right fit for each team.

Our recruiters are strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership. We partner with our hiring managers to grow their teams with great people in multiple technical and business areas.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• You are an integral part of our recruiting team and help enable us to hire the best candidates
• You participate in and support all areas of the recruiting process, from posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, active sourcing and coordinating with hiring managers
• You identify and directly approach suitable candidates for our open positions via social networks such as LinkedIn
• You support the business recruiters when needed

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, ideally with a focus on HR
• Experience in recruiting, ideally in a start-up or a dynamic environment, is a plus
• You have good people skills and you have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your work style is proactive, you are accountable, team oriented, and follow an accurate and structured way of approaching your work, not afraid of taking ownership of your tasks
• You are fluent in English and German, and every other language is a plus
