We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager for Partnerships & Growth to join our India´ Team.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

  • You develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth in India.
  • You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events and organizations in India.
  • You identify and negotiate partnerships with local industries, businesses and other relevant organizations to promote Flixbus services.
  • You initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks and negotiate the mutually beneficial conditions.
  • You take full ownership of our direct marketing activities (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation and evaluation.
  • You take active part in the yearly budget and revenue planning.
  • You work in close alignment with our Brand and Commercial Development teams.
  • You support other marketing channels (e.g. Media, Social) with their respective initiatives for India.
  • You work closely with the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with Flixbus' overall marketing strategy.
  • Challenge Flix's business-as-usual to ensure India´s go-to-market success, considering local adaptations.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

  • 4+ years’ work experience preferably in a similar role (partnerships, offline or start-up marketing).
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions.
  • You are a self-starter and able to work proactively and independently as the wider team is based in multiple locations.
  • High social, communication and negotiation skills.
  • High focus on achievement and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
  • You have a creative mindset and can think outside of the box.
  • Fluent in Hindi & English – additional languages are a plus
