We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated medical professional to shape and communicate the medical narrative of Floy’s AI-driven radiology solutions.
Floy is revolutionizing radiological diagnostics by supporting radiologists with unconventional AI solutions for often-overlooked diseases. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technology and the medical community by ensuring that our messaging, marketing, and sales materials accurately and convincingly reflect the clinical value of our products. Your work will play a critical role in driving market adoption, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Floy as a thought leader in AI-powered radiology.

• Develop and refine medical content for marketing and sales materials, including whitepapers, presentations, case studies, and educational resources for radiologists and decision-makers in healthcare.
• Translate complex medical and technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives tailored to different stakeholders, from clinicians to healthcare executives.
• Act as a medical expert in external communications, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance in all customer-facing materials.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to define key messaging and develop go-to-market strategies for our AI solutions.
• Provide medical insights to support business development efforts and engage with key opinion leaders, radiology societies, and clinical partners.
• Represent Floy at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings, advocating for our technology’s impact on patient care and radiology workflows.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to continuously refine our positioning and communication strategies.

• A medical degree (M.D.) or equivalent experience
• Passion for medical innovation and the ability to communicate complex clinical topics effectively.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, particularly in German, to craft compelling, medically accurate content.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or business development within healthcare or medtech is a plus but not required.
• Independent, proactive work style with a high level of ownership and problem-solving ability.
• Fluency in German and English, particularly in a medical context.
