About this role :

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Team Lead Business Operations - France (f/m/x) to lead our Business Operations team in France.

In critical role, you will focus on the performance of the French market, involving day-to-day operations, ensuring the market runs smoothly, and meeting specific market needs. This position involves managing our monetised assets' operations, creating insightful reports and analyses, and sharing valuable data and insights within the organisation and with external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Take on overall management, coordination, and responsibility for the Business Operations team in France.
  • Guide and train your team on operational processes and performance analysis, including the development and enforcement of process guidelines.
  • Engage in close collaboration with local Commercial and Operational leaders to drive the company's growth.
  • Craft and implement robust marketing strategies and operational processes to boost company growth and efficiency.
  • Facilitate coordination with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to ensure streamlined operations.
  • Provide insights, reporting, and analysis to support the business and promote a data-driven culture within Global Savings Group.


Your Profile :

  • A minimum of 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
  • Fluency in English, both in speech and writing.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the capacity to foster effective collaboration across different functions.
  • An analytical mindset, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data-driven decision-making and business judgment.
  • A strong background in project management, showcasing superior organizational capabilities.
  • A supportive leadership approach, serving as a role model and mentor, particularly for junior team members, by demonstrating commitment and living by our brand values.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, utilizing market knowledge and partner feedback to enhance our products and services.
