Hades Mining is building the world’s first tech enabled Extraction company. Our first core technology is a laser drilling system that will make drilling significantly cheaper, faster, and far more environmentally compatible. We are hiring a full time Finance Lead in Munich to build our financial function from the ground up in a venture backed, high growth environment.

What you will own

You will build and run the finance backbone of the company, from monthly reporting to scalable processes.

You will own investor reporting, board materials, and KPI dashboards.

You will set up and continuously improve accounting workflows together with our tax advisor and external partners.

You will own central operating budgets, cost controls, and spending procedures.

You will drive automation across finance processes (payments, reporting, reconciliations, approvals).

You will support hiring and team leads with planning, forecasting, and decision support.

You are highly structured, hands on, and comfortable building from zero to one.
