The Position: ISR Development Engineer

As a (Senior) ISR Development Engineer at Hades, you will play a key role in building our In-Situ Recovery (ISR / ISL) business line. You will design, evaluate, and develop ISR systems and support the integration of our novel drilling technology into real extraction environments. This is an early, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape core technology and strategy from day one.

You will work closely with the technical founding team and a multidisciplinary group of engineers, geologists, and scientists to develop next-generation ISR extraction systems.

Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who possesses:

• Proven ISR expertise (minimum 3 years experience in In-Situ Recovery / In-Situ Leaching)
• Experience in deposit evaluation, hydrogeological modelling, and flow analysis
• Capability in designing leaching strategies and process concepts
• Experience with pilot wellfield planning and engineering
• Understanding of environmental and risk assessment for ISR projects
• Ability to analyze and optimize complex subsurface and process systems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Willingness to reside in the greater Munich area
