Your future team

You will be part of an international, growing team consisting of 5 full-time employees. The team enjoys collaborating on projects as well as spending time together inside and outside the office.

Your role in this journey

Enhance Holidu Homes’ sales productivity by leading and supporting external partners who assist our internal Sales team in achieving their targets.
  • Be responsible for the communication, performance and observance of the quality level of our external partners.
  • Work on the continuous improvement of external services and make strategic recommendations for action to the Operations and Sales departments.
  • Cooperate with the other Sales Operations Managers to increase lead quality and conversion rates across the different markets.
  • Hire new talents and collaborate with our internal Sales Managers to coach and shadow the agents.
  • Review and ensure the quality of leads and be responsible for projects aimed at improving lead quality.
  • Introduce new methods for implementing and monitoring our service provider and ensure an appropriate balance between cost, quality and quantity.
  • Source, screen and negotiate contracts with external partners as well as implement and monitor a bonus-malus system for our external partner.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Experience in Sales, Project Management or Sales Operations field.
  • Proactive approach and strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing external partners or coaching agents.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to evaluate relevant key figures and derive recommendations for action.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluent English skills (IT, ES, PT, DE, FR or GR is a plus).
