Your future team
You will be part of an international, growing team consisting of 5 full-time employees. The team enjoys collaborating together on projects as well as spending time together inside and outside the office.
Your role in this journey
- Support the M&A Operations Manager in the implementation phase of upcoming M&As to ensure we achieve acquisition targets.
- Manage the Operations of our internal SDR teams and ensure their pipeline is full of leads.
- Support the SDR Partner Manager in managing our external partners in their daily acquisition and qualification tasks.
- Own the Sales Manager & SDR bonus by constantly improving their KPIs and calculating them.
- Work with multiple stakeholders such as the M&A team, Sales Operations, SDR and Sales teams, People Operations and many more.
- Create and maintain reports in Google Sheets, Pipedrive and Looker.
Your backpack is filled with
- You have recently completed a degree in Business Administration or a related field and are available to work in our Munich-based office.
- You already have some experience in either Sales Operations, Consulting or Sales.
- Strong analytical skills – with high attention to detail.
- An independent and hands-on work attitude.
- People skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent English skills – any additional European language (e.g. IT, PT, ES, FR, DE, GR) is a plus.
