Your future team

As a Senior Team Lead/Head of Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition team you will manage a team of currently 4 full-time talent management FTEs across Germany, Spain and Italy. You are part of the Talent & Organization Department and will report to the VP People / CHRO.

Your role in this journey

Strategic Business Partnering

  • Partner with leadership to understand business objectives & develop talent strategies

  • Lead workforce planning including headcount forecasting and succession planning

  • Serve as trusted advisor on compensation, team structure, and retention strategies

  • Work on talent development strategies embracing AI upskilling and team development

Talent Acquisition Leadership

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition team across all recruitment functions

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle ensuring exceptional candidate & hiring mgr experience

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for recruitment effectiveness and quality of hire

  • Build relationships with external partners including search firms and universities

Operational Excellence

  • Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies for maximum efficiency

  • Champion the introduction of new tools including AI in our HR processes

  • Manage vendor relationships and recruitment technology platforms

  • Present reports on talent metrics and strategic recommendations to executive leadership

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment processes

Your backpack is filled with

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field

  • 8+ years talent acquisition experience with 4+ years in leadership roles

  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing recruitment teams

  • Strong business acumen with executive partnership experience

  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning and talent strategy development

  • Deep knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law

  • Experience with HR analytics platforms and KPI systems to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and performance progression in business teams

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

Beneficial

Location & travelling

  • This role will be based in our headquarters Munich (60% presence expected)

  • Occasional travel to our local offices abroad is required
