You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates, while building scalable hiring infrastructure as we grow. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance quality hiring with operational efficiency.

Own end-to-end recruiting processes across functions - from initial outreach to successful close. Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline while delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint. Maintain top quality standards to ensure we're bringing in not just skill matches but true culture adds.
- Talent Acquisition Infrastructure
Continuously optimize our ATS, develop structured interview plans, and create standardized templates for consistent evaluation.
- Hiring Manager Support
Collaborate closely with department leaders to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and create comprehensive interview plans.
- Strategic Sourcing & Headhunting
Proactively identify and engage candidates through creative channels and advanced Boolean techniques. Build talent communities for critical roles and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates. Leverage both traditional and innovative sourcing approaches to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Employer Brand Elevation
Contribute to creating compelling content that resonates with potential candidates and positions us as an employer of choice.
