After profitably scaling our online business to over €150M in less than four years, we launched into retail last year — and have already landed +5,000 stores across Germany and Austria. We've introduced two product categories and placed over 20K displays in stores. Now, we're preparing to scale this success further with more products, more campaigns, and international expansion.
To make this happen, we're looking for YOU — a (Sr.) Retail Campaign Manager to be the operational engine behind our next wave of retail growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the heart of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring our retail GTM campaigns land with impact, precision, and speed. You'll drive campaign excellence across Sales, SCM, Creative, and Marketing, while building the scalable infrastructure that powers HOLY's international rollouts.

Responsibilities: - Own campaign alignment across functions: Act as the operational glue between SCM, Logistics, Design, and Retail to ensure GTM timelines are met and key campaign moments run smoothly. Lead coordination across stakeholders to maintain launch readiness.
- Drive execution of retail campaigns: Manage timelines, checklists, calendars, and deliverables across key account management, trade marketing, field sales and digital channels. Ensure campaigns are executed with speed, clarity, and accountability — from planning through launch.
- Build GTM infrastructure and lay the foundation for international scale: Create and evolve core tools to enable repeatable, high-quality campaign execution. Ensure these systems are robust enough to scale across markets and act as the operational backbone for future international GTM rollouts.
