As our (Sr.) Influencer Marketing Manager France, you’ll own and execute our performance-driven influencer strategy tailored to the French market. This is a unique opportunity to independently shape and scale a high-impact program—working with top creators across gaming, fitness, lifestyle, and more on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and Instagram.
You’ll be responsible for the entire creator lifecycle—from identifying and onboarding partners to contract negotiation and campaign execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with brand, creative, and growth teams to localize initiatives that deliver on both performance and cultural impact.
Your responsibilities will be: - Own influencer marketing for France: Execute and optimize HOLY’s creator strategy to deliver against KPIs like CAC, new customers, and ROAS.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle: From prospecting and outreach to negotiation, activation, and ongoing relationship management.
- Grow and nurture a best-in-class creator network: Build long-term, trust-based relationships with France’s top-tier creators and agencies.
- Strategically invest and scale budgets: Manage and deploy budgets of €50,000+ monthly with a focus on efficiency and measurable impact.
- Localize campaigns with creative flair: Co-develop culturally resonant activations and briefs in collaboration with creators and our creative team.
- Own reporting and optimization: Track creator performance, deliver structured feedback, and scale what works through data-led iteration.
- Be a local expert: Bring deep understanding of French consumer behavior, internet culture, and platform trends to everything you do.
