As
Head of Trade Marketing, you’ll take full ownership of how HOLY shows up in-store across key markets. From disruptive launches to high-velocity promos and POS activations, you’ll be the engine that drives conversion, shopper love, and commercial impact in retail.

Responsibilities: - Trade Marketing Strategy Ownership across Germany, Austria and the UK — translating brand strategy into disruptive, localised sell-in/sell-out concepts.
- Team Leadership of Trade Marketing Managers and external partners; driving executional excellence and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Brand, Supply Chain).
- Scalable Activation Playbook Development including promo mechanics, modular POS materials, and a repeatable approach to new launches (e.g. Ice Tea, Limited Editions, UK roll-out).
- Category Penetration Maximization through collaboration with key accounts and field sales to improve shelf presence, secondary placement, and in-store theatre.
- Budget Management for promo & retail media per market and channel; ensuring trade marketing effectiveness and high ROI across touchpoints.
- Sales Partnership Excellence through compelling toolkits and presentations, establishing a repeatable best-in-class launch playbook.
- Data-Driven Performance Optimization through analysis of campaign and promo performance (retail media, rotation, ROI) and strategic adjustments.
