About HV Capital
HV Capital is one of Europe’s leading venture capital funds, employing over 60 people across three locations (Berlin, Munich, London). We invest in technology companies in their early and growth stages, working alongside top founders across Europe. Our offices are much more than just workspaces—they are welcoming environments for important stakeholders. The professional standards, atmosphere, and functionality of these spaces are vital to our success.
The Role
You will take full ownership of our Munich office. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Independently managing all office operations: infrastructure, procurement, vendor coordination, and maintenance
Designing and continuously optimising physical spaces, with attention to design, functionality, and professional standards
Planning and executing internal and external events, activities, and guest management
Organising travel and logistics for the team
Providing administrative and organisational support to the office team
Taking initiative: identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing them
You will work largely independently, setting your own priorities and finding solutions without daily supervision, and implementing changes to a high standard.
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in a relevant environment (office management, operations, senior assistant role, or similar)
Strong sense of responsibility and self-organisation: You require minimal guidance and value autonomy
An eye for space design and aesthetics: you understand what makes a professional environment and how to create one
Excellent English skills (spoken and written)—our primary working language
Good German skills or willingness to improve (native-level proficiency not required)
Confident use of standard tools (MS Office and collaboration tools)
High service orientation and reliability
Proactive and self-effective: you enjoy taking initiative and getting things done
Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels
