Your Impact
We’re seeking a high-energy, strategic Channel Sales Manager (native French speaker) to build, manage, and accelerate our partner and indirect sales channels across France. You will focus on expanding our reach via distributors, MSPs, system integrators and resellers, increasing revenue through the channel, and helping establish Impossible Cloud as a go-to provider for cloud storage solutions through partners.
What you will do:
- Define and execute a channel sales strategy in France: identify, onboard, and enable distributors, resellers, MSPs, integrators.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with channel partners; negotiate contracts & agreements; grow partner revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to develop partner-oriented sales tools, channel-specific campaigns and enablement (training, co-marketing, joint go-to-market plans).
- Manage partner performance: set targets, track KPIs, monitor progress and drive improvements.
- Serve as the face of Impossible Cloud to channel partners: attend events, conferences, meet regularly with top partners.
- Stay up to date on the competitive landscape, trends in cloud storage, regulations/data sovereignty in France, and adjust channel strategy accordingly.
What you bring to the table:
- Native or near-native French speaker with excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Proven track record in channel sales / indirect sales in France (SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or related sectors).
- Strong network of channel partners (distributors, MSPs, SIs, resellers) in the French market.
- Ability to enable and motivate partners, drive sales through partner networks; experience with partner programs, certifications, channel marketing.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution ability: you set ambitious goals and deliver on them.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, bias for action; comfortable working in a fast-growth, scaling environment.
