Mission Brief
As we scale to reach orbit, we are looking for a Senior Talent Attraction Specialist to build and own some of the most high-leverage, relationship-driven parts of our recruiting function.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and loves the hunt — bringing proven recruiting expertise to shape how we hire and grow. You will work closely with hiring managers and our leadership team on complex, high-impact roles, coach other recruiters on the team, and take ownership of some of our most business-critical hiring processes from day one.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to hiring managers and our leadership team, anticipating hiring needs and independently choosing the right approach for complex or cross-functional roles
- Bring market insights and recruiting expertise to the table to influence hiring decisions, and build long-term stakeholder relationships across the business
- Design and drive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill or high-impact roles, building and continuously improving talent pipelines
- Act as a first point of contact and senior brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace, representing the company confidently in complex or high-stakes candidate conversations
- Own multiple concurrent and complex recruitment processes, anticipating bottlenecks and adjusting priorities independently to deliver results
- Train and coach interviewers on structured hiring techniques
- Own recruiting KPIs for your area, using data to identify process improvements and share insights with the team
Qualification Checklist
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, psychology, HR, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Track record of independently managing complex or cross-functional hiring processes and influencing hiring decisions at the stakeholder level
- Experience designing sourcing strategies and coaching or mentoring others
- Confident working with different recruiting tools, experience with Greenhouse as ATS
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding organization and attention to detail, even across multiple concurrent processes
- Fluent in English and German
- Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or French is a plus
