- Conception and implementation of a holistic expansion and growth strategy for the Nordic countries
- Carrying out strategic market analyses in order to gain relevant insights and derive concrete action measures from them.
- Management and development of a national and international key account team to effectively manage sales in stationary & digital retail.
- Working closely with the Sales Leadership Team and the Vertical Lead to develop and implement the overall offline retail strategy.
- Identify and acquire new retail locations and partnerships domestically and internationally.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with retail partners to build long-term and successful collaborations.
- Monitoring and controlling the entire expansion process, from planning to successful implementation.
- Regular reporting to C-Level on the progress and results of retail expansion.
