  • Support the optimization of our supply chain operations by developing and maintaining supplier performance reports
  • Conduct invoice reconciliations and manage purchase cost adjustments as part of your daily responsibilities
  • Help with placing purchase orders for our products and track deliveries to ensure they arrive in full and on time at our warehouse
  • Monitor and verify inbound deliveries to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Maintain close communication with our suppliers and warehouse team
  • Collaborate closely with our Purchasing, Quality Management, and Finance departments
Your profile
  • Strong interest in supply chain management and finance processes; prior experience in these areas is a plus
  • You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken – German skills are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, you know your way around spreadsheets
  • Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is an advantage
  • A true team player, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
  • Commitment, openness, strategic thinking, and a strong willingness to learn define your working style
