About the role
As a People & Culture Manager, you will be in charge of building up HR & Talent Acquisition at LANCH. As we grow as an organisation (50+ people in 12 months by now), hiring & keeping the best people stays one of our main priorities. This will be your responsibility: owning talent acquisition, strategic employer positioning, HR & culture as well as other strategic people topics. You will work closely with the founders and you will lead 1-2 Entrepreneur in Residence interns who will support you in active sourcing and scheduling.

- Partner closely with the founders to prioritize hiring needs and ensure a seamless interview process that helps us hire the right talent
- Own the full cycle of the hiring process: job advertising, campaigns, proactive sourcing (mostly direct approach via LinkedIn), interviewing, selection and closing
- Build up the full HR department strategically with the clear objective of leading it over time
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, vacation time, and other benefits programs.
- Support all employee onboarding and offboarding activities & maintain all correct employee data in our HRIS system
