To ensure this mission, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Developer (m/f/d) – B22/B2U – to expand Lecturio’s footprint in the medical education sector. This role focuses on building relationships with medical and nursing schools, universities, and educational institutions to establish impactful partnerships and drive sustainable growth. The ideal candidate understands academic institutions, has a consultative sales approach, and thrives in an international, mission-driven environment.

Business Development – B2B/B2U (Medical Education), (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities with medical, nursing, and allied health schools.
  • Build strong relationships with academic deans, curriculum directors, faculty leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Present Lecturio’s platform and solutions through compelling demos and tailored proposals.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding institutions.
  • Collaborate with the academic partnerships and customer success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using Lecturio’s CRM system.
  • Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy refinement.
  • Represent Lecturio at conferences, webinars, and other industry events.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in business, health sciences, or education preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or partnerships experience (ideally in edtech, medical education, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of closing deals in institutional sales or academic environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM tools (e.g.Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving education.
