NCLEX Item Reviewer (all genders)
Key Responsibilities
- Review, feedback, and revise NCLEX items to meet NCSBN standards, clinical accuracy, and item construction quality
- Flag outdated or inaccurate content and suggest evidence-based revisions
Your profile
- Active RN licensure in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN or DNP preferred
- Prior experience writing or reviewing NCLEX-style test items — whether for a nursing school, test prep company, or publisher
- Familiarity with the current NCSBN NCLEX-RN Test Plan
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines
Nice to have
- Experience as a nursing faculty member or clinical educator
- Background in item analysis or psychometrics
- Familiarity with style guides or content management systems used in educational publishing
