Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Diagnostics Engineer with strong expertise in Expert AUTOSAR Verification Engineer (SiL) for automotive systems. The ideal candidate should own and execute software-in-the-loop verification for AUTOSAR software (SWCs, compositions, and interfaces) with repeatable automation and clear quality gates.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design SIL verification strategy and reusable harnesses for AUTOSAR SWCs and legacy runnables.
· Implement contract-driven testing (interfaces, modes, diagnostics) and failure oracles.
· Integrate virtual ECU execution (e.g., VEOS) with test automation and reporting.
· Develop and maintain CI pipelines for regression, static analysis, and trend reporting.
· Support interface smoke tests and network validation where required.
Must Have Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in automotive diagnostics development.
· Deep knowledge of MIL/SIL concepts and virtual ECU execution.
· Hands-on experience with Simulink Test and building deterministic test harnesses.
· AUTOSAR interface understanding (ARXML contracts, wiring, modes/diagnostics).
· Exposure to tool ecosystems used in SIL/HIL (dSPACE, Vector) and automation.
Good to Have Skills:
- dSPACE VEOS (virtual ECU / SIL), Simulink Test Manager.
- Vector CANoe/CANalyzer for interface smoke tests and rest-bus simulation.
- Static analysis integration (e.g., Polyspace/Axivion) when applicable.
- Scripting for automation (MATLAB/Python) and CI tooling.
