Job Summary

The Director-IOA will oversee and optimize operations within the organization ensuring seamless integration of processes and systems. Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in operations management with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate expertise in MS Office utilizing tools to enhance productivity and communication.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills in English both written and spoken to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams.
  • Show adaptability and commitment to working night shifts in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive success.
  • Display strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Foster a collaborative environment encouraging innovation and continuous improvement among teams.
