Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities

· Develop and configure AEP schemas datasets and identity namespaces.

· Implement data ingestion pipelines (batch and streaming) into AEP using APIs and connectors.

· Build and maintain Real-Time Customer Profiles and Segments.

· Integrate AEP with other Adobe solutions (AJO CJA Target Campaign etc.).

· Implement Experience Data Model (XDM) standards.

· Ensure data governance privacy compliance and quality standards.

· Troubleshoot and optimize AEP configurations and data flows.

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) components (RTCDP Data Lake Edge Network etc.)

· Experience with XDM Schemas Datasets Identity Service and Segmentation Service.

· Familiarity with Adobe IO APIs and data ingestion mechanisms (batch streaming connectors).

· Nice to have Adobe certifications in Adobe Journey Optimizer andor Adobe Experience Platform.

· Experience with regulated data environments (HIPAA GDPR) and data usage labeling.

· Prior experience with Adobe Campaign or other enterprise marketing platforms.

· Experience delivering large-scale personalization or real-time orchestration solutions.

· Familiarity with JIRA Confluence and DevOps pipelines.

· Experience working with distributed or global delivery teams.
