Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using SQL and .Net Core to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance system performance and user experience.
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into efficient technical solutions.
- Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing best practices in coding and testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless operation of software systems.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Optimize database queries and improve application performance for better user experience.
- Document software specifications and processes to ensure clear communication and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills in Finance & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Property & Casualty Insurance domains.
- Contribute to the company's mission by developing solutions that positively impact society and business operations.
- Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting, managing day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL and .Net Core with a minimum experience.
- Possess strong analytical skills to understand and solve complex business problems.
- Have experience in Finance & Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have skill.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Show adaptability to work in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development in relevant domains.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges efficiently.
