Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Professional where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel and customer service to enhance user experience. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to streamline procure to pay processes enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ensure user experience is optimized by gathering feedback and implementing improvements based on customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources to enhance team knowledge and skills.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance service quality.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Provide input on technology enhancements that can improve customer service operations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and teamwork.


Qualifications

  • 0-18 months of experience in Customer Service Roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  • Possess knowledge of procure to pay procurement processes.
  • Show understanding of user experience principles and practices.
  • Have excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Display ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
