The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business strategies and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes. Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on the use of Tableau Cloud and WebFocus to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms maintaining high standards of quality.
• Lead initiatives to improve data accessibility and usability for stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive innovation in data analytics exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance business intelligence.
• Support the development of training programs to enhance team skills in data modeling and BI tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging feedback and collaboration to drive business success.
• Manage day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging data insights to make informed decisions that positively impact society. Qualifications
• Extensive experience in data modeling with Power BI and Tableau is required.
• Proficiency in using BI conversion tools and WebFocus is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a hybrid work model is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
