In this role, you will:

• Build and deploy Agentforce Agents into production environments using best‑practice methodologies.
• Leverage Agentforce, Data360 with RAG, Agent Scripts, Agentforce Vibes, and prompt‑engineering techniques to design scalable agent solutions.
• Conduct rigorous behavioral and autonomous testing, including prompt injection assessment and multistep‑reasoning validation.
• Evaluate, fine‑tune, and manage Agent instructions to ensure high‑quality outputs and agent reliability.
• Partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to optimize agent performance and operational readiness.

What you need to have to be considered

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 1 year focused on building and deploying Agentforce Agents into production.
• Strong proficiency in Agentforce, Data360 with RAG, Agent Script, Agentforce Vibes, and prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in testing autonomous agent behaviors, including behavioral testing, prompt‑injection testing, and multistep‑reasoning validation.
• Proven ability to evaluate, fine‑tune, and manage Agent instructions to improve agent reliability and accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex agent behaviors into actionable improvements.

These will help you stand out

• Deep hands‑on expertise in end‑to‑end autonomous agent lifecycle management.
• Prior experience optimizing Salesforce‑based AI or automation frameworks.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and communication skills supporting both technical and business teams.
• Experience contributing to scalable enterprise agent‑architecture strategies.
• Passion for emerging AI‑driven automation technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
